The rules for publishing papers
in the Review of Finance (English)
1. The Review of Finance was being permitted to additionally publish by the Ministry of Information
and Communication via Letter No. 4437/BTTTT-CBC on December 7th 2017 on changing contents in the
operation license of the Review of Finance. The Review of Finance was also issued International Standard
Serial Number (ISSN 2615-8981) for multiple publications by Ministry of Science and Technology.
2. The Review of Finance publishes, announces and introduces review papers, research papers and
short communication papers on all aspects of finance from domestic and foreign authors and organiza-
tions. Paper content has not been previously published on any journal. The Journal is published periodi-
cally 04 times/year in the English language.
3. The paper must comply with the provisions of the The Review of Finance, specifically:
- The paper is 4,000 - 7,000 words long. Data must be accurate. Paper layout must be clear and log-
ical with tables, charts...
4. Scientific papers must include the following contents:
- Abstract (in Vietnamese and English, highlighting the main content, new contribution in 150-200
words long).
- Rationale: Stating clearly the domestic and international research situation related to the topic;
Research topics, new points, research methods and raw materials.
- Contents of conducted studies; Proposals; Solutions…
- Conclusion
- References: Only mentioning the documents quoted in the paper (no more than 15) and in the
following order:
+ For books, thesises and reports: The name of the author or the issuing agency, the name of the
book (or thesis, report), publisher, year of publication.
+ For published materials: Author’s name, Journal title, journals issue number, title of paper, Num-
ber of pages (from page to page), time of publication.
5. The paper must be translated into English and must be simultaneously sent to Editorial Board. The
author of the paper is entirely responsible before the law if plagiarised in any form. The paper should mark
out the main author responsible for the paper with details like mailing address, email, phone number.
6. The Editorial Board regularly receives, evaluates and approves papers based on the regulations of
the Review of Finance. Manuscripts will not be returned to the owners.
