planning ..., it is impossible not
to mention the role of tourism
activities. The development of
tourism activities will naturally
lead to the development of resort
real estate market. To develop
tourism activities in Vietnam, it is
necessary to:
+ Developing mechanisms and policies to
attract investors in key tourist areas; creating
attractive investment environment to attract a lot
of domestic and foreign investment; expanding
new types of entertainment services;
+ Promoting policies of popularizing in key
markets, which will create a positive change in
market share; contributing actively to attract
selected guests; highlighting the image of
Vietnam’s tourism, the Vietnamese tourism
brand in the target markets;
+ Establishing a tourist information system
for foreign partners gradually.
+ Improving the quality of tourism services,
bringing into play the strength of solidarity, the
spirit of national self-respect, love of the country,
the civilization and beauty of Vietnamese people;
taking shape sense of country behaving to
contribute to the image of Vietnam is increasingly
loved, preferred in the world.
In summary, as an important component of the
economy, the activity of the real estate market in
Vietnam in general and the real estate market of
resort in particular in recent years has revealed
many defects. The inadequacy of the property
market is due to many reasons. Therefore, finding
appropriate solutions to develop the property
market of resort in Vietnam in the coming time
is an urgent and really eaningful request.

development. Therefore, it is necessary to:

forecasting, because market research is important

+ Build a database at the real estate market
management agency;
+ Establish a public service agency for the
propertymarket to provide services to themarket,
such as confirming and issuing certifications of
home ownership, land use rights,...
- About capital for the market: the resort
real estate market is a market with large
capital requirements, is kept increasing with
a long recovery period. At present, the capital
for the real estate market of resort in Vietnam
mainly through credit banks. Therefore, in
order to make the development of the property
market facilitate, diversification of capital
mobilization channels should be done. In
addition to mobilize from banks, it is necessary
to promote through a number of channels such
as foreign direct investment (FDI), real estate
investment funds.
- About investment environment: Investment
environment with favorable conditions for
investors is the most important factor for market
development. In order to have a favorable
investment environment, the management
system should:
+ Build a data center for land and real estate;
+ Promoting land auction, bidding for projects
using land.
- About tourism activities: For the
development of the resort real estate, apart
