Sixthly,
regularly inspecting, monitoring
progress and outcome of the action plan and
programs implementing Resolution No.19/
ND-CP of Government dated 28/04/2016; severely
deal with the irresponsibility of officials, civil
servants causing inconveniences to people and
enterprises; strictly implement the regulations on
the reporting lines; incorporate quarterly reports,
evaluate the outcome of the implementation of
Resolution No.19/NQ-CP.
Apart from the above tasks and solutions, the
Government has also put special emphasis on the
innovation in awareness of civil servants’ attitudes
to serve people and enterprises; strictly punished
the agency heads causing troubles to people
and enterprises; Heads of agencies shall have to
strictly implement the regulations on explaining
and solving claims of people and enterprises.

Firstly,
setting up action plans and programs

agencies for implementation and detailed plans
to amend the existing legal documents.
Secondly,
complete the construction of
legal documents on investment and business
conditions; Review and abolish the business
conditions which are no longer appropriate.
Thirdly,
promptly studying the amendments to
regulations on sectorial management in export and
importofgoodstowardssimplifyingandmodernizing
administrative procedures; Review the catalogues of
goods subject to the specialized inspection, according
towhich, only imported goods on a commercial scale
subject to inspection; Encrypting the details of goods
needed for inspection.
Fourthly,
establishing information systems
of receiving, processing the claims and results
on the settlement of administrative procedures
for evaluation and reflection from people and
enterprises on the policies and administrative
procedures and on the performance of the civil
servants directly involving in public services. The
heads of agencies shall be responsible for strictly
implementing the regulations on explaining and
solving claims from people and enterprises.
